Satisfaction Guarantee: We guarantee your satisfaction by either sending you a replacement, a substitute, or, if you wish, issuing a refund for the item. Please note that we may request additional information or evidence to process your request, such as photos or a detailed description of the issue.

Contact Us for Approval: If you have any complaints or concerns regarding an item, please contact us first to obtain approval and return instructions before returning the item. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and efficiently. Contacting us in advance allows us to provide you with the necessary guidance and ensure a smooth return process.

Incorrect Address Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided. If an incorrect address has been submitted to us and the order is returned to us as a result, the customer will be held liable. In this situation, the order will be processed as a return, and the customer will be refunded the order amount minus the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.

Perishable Item Policy: Please note that any perishable orders that have been damaged due to a return will not be eligible for a refund. We kindly ask you to be attentive when your orders are delivered and to track your package as it ships to ensure timely receipt and to maintain the quality of perishable items.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning an item, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Return Condition and Timeframe: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be returned in its original condition and unopened. Returns must be sent out within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
